This is an older Bee Space Fighters Puzzle toy empty box. The box is complete but is bent up from years of storage. You can put a block of foam inside the box and wrap it up with clear plastic it will eventually get it's shape back. The box has some creases and is torn in a couple spots. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
