Up for sale is a lot of Robotix toys from 1984-1985 that includes R-2000 (Argus) and R-1500 (Bront), named after the cartoon series some children of the 80’s might remember!
The sets are both complete with all original accessories, manuals, and decal sheets included. Decals that have been applied are still intact. the electronics have not been tested - there is some oxidation on both units that might need to cleaned to get a solid connection. But all motors, wires, and adapters are included.
R-1500 has been repaired in a rather unique way. The red axle joints had a habit of breaking due to the weight put on them by Bront’s legs and feet. But my dad and I repaired these using sheet metal screws, so these pieces are now VERY strong and will hold up well beyond their original lifespan! Please see the pictures for the specific details of the repairs.
