Rare Undersea Kingdom JUGGERNAUT Space Tank Vinyl Bank Republic Pictures 1936

This appears to be a very rare one, as I can not find a single reference on it. This is a model of the JUGGERNAUT tank from the 1936 Republic Pictures serial UNDERSEA KINGDOM. It is molded in thick dense vinyl with very nice details. It measures 9” long by 3 1/8” wide. It is actually a bank with a slot near the front and a stopper plug underneath. It does not have the small guns or the teeth, but those are easily fabricated from the likes of toothpicks etc. Toothpicks would be perfect.There are wire handles on the top, on either side where the fin starts. Very nicely detailed rivets and other fine details. Notice the door detail on the left side vs none on the right. I have searched all over to find another example and have found nothing. It is possibly a prototype for an unreleased toy. No markings anywhere and unknown age, but likely made within the last 30 years. Interesting that it is a bank.
Due to the weight, it is over a pound shipping, so the price is reflected.
