The camera is in below average condition. The body shows some a fair amount of wear. Shutter is not working.
The Petal was made starting in 1948, it's about 30mm in diameter, it shot 6 exposures on circular film. CPO stands for Central Purchasing Office. The products that were marked CPO were sold in PX stores and not subject to the same high taxes as those sold in Japan's domestic market. The initials CPO were used during the time when Japan was Occupied by US Military.
