Returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.  Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
Return item will be tested by our technician or 3rd party as you required. If buyer returns by " does't work , quality issue, wrong part", we might send it to 3rd party to test. If part is good and no any issue to work, we might not refund or just refund part of payment.
Damaged items:
If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide pictures for insure claims. The following pictures will be required:  All damage, Box (overall and any damage to box), Close up of shipping label,  All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc)
These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.
Sales Tax:
California State residents will be charged sales tax.
Warranty:
1 year limited warranty. If quality issue in one year, buyer return parts. we will test and evaluate the part. If necessary and buyer requires, we can hire 3rd party to do test.
If it is quality issue, we will do exchange or replace new item or refund.
