This is a nice
Yashica Atoron
(A5126729) with case, strap, and IM.
The Kodak film cassette is empty and broke in two pieces.
The lens is an 18mm f2.8 behind a glass cover.
The meter (no battery needed) works (the needle moves in sunlight).
The shutter is cocked by pulling the little handle.
The shutter works based upon what I hear and see from the front.
The yellow filter slides back and forth OK.
The case and strap are fine.
The IM is in four languages.
The IM has tape on the spine of the cover.
Some sellers state the Atoron is a spy camera (used by James Bond).
He or any other spy wound not lasted very long using this camera.
It didn’t have a sharp enough lens, and the shutter mechanism makes a squeaking noise when cocked and tripped which would give away his presence to the enemy.
The Minox was considered a spy camera because it was designed to be quiet with a sharp lens.
