    If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24-48 hours so that we may set up arrangements for return/exchange. No return shipping cost will be incurred in this event.
    If you wish to return your item, you the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, unless the reason for the return is a result from an error caused by Freemans Car Stereo or the product is defective or damaged. The product must be packaged back in its original packaging and in proper shipping condition; and the shipping label attached to the outside of the package. If it is possible and you choose to have the package picked up, it is your responsibility to be available for the shipper. If you fail to do this, you may pass the time frame necessary to return your product and receive a refund.

Whenever a product is returned and it is determined there is misuse, damage or neglect, based on the condition in which the product is received, a partial refund will be given instead of the full refund amount.
