Lovely STERLING SILVER Modernist  Phoenix  Pin/or pendant  signed by  artist Oswaldo Guayasamin ..This is a rare piece I have never seen by this artist..  possibly done in 60's?..Sterling silver with some goldish tone also on front so other metals may also be present on front ..I did not clean up front..only back and tested positive for sterling silver...(You might like the patina on front so did not touch..) The stone on eye is a Peridot...Lovely piece of art...Has bale hidden for a necklace or pin-back for use as a pin  Multi purpose.. Measures 2 1/" tall x 2 10/16" across  wing span..

Monies for this sale help with rescued animals from group called " Saving Imperial Schuver" in San Pedro, CA..This gal takes the old and injured animals that desperately need help  from local shelters that not many others would touch due to extensive medical issues n age ..She gives them what ever they need & places them in foster homes until they get well enough to be adopted out or gives them foster homes to live out their lives and know what real love feels like ..no matter if its 2 weeks or two years..She refuses to let them die alone in a cold  scary cage in the shelter..She has over 20 dogs now she is currently working with that I know of..She does a great job & makes sure they r  all comfortable, loved, & well taken care of & medical needs met ...Shes amazing..Money from this sale will all go to her...to help give her the opportunity to pay down her vet bill & continue to do her amazing work... Yes a nice story to be proud of...only filled with love proving ALL Lives Matter...Check out her rescue if you would like to help her further her cause...Ive done rescue work for 30 years and she is one of the most amazing rescues I have helped..
