  • Condition: This is an excellent, just out of package condition, mini version of the ATLAS Rocket, topped with a Mercury manned capsule, from 1998. It's made of plastic, and is 3 and 1/4 inches tall. This rocket is a modified Atlas missile that was used to launch many of the Mercury astronauts (some manned missions used the Redstone Rocket and early unmanned missions used the Little Joe rocket). This was a NASA collectible, part of the Space Explorers collectible series, and it's an unusual neat little version of this famous stage-and-a-half rocket and space craft. I have 1 of these left from my collection, and it's a great example of this historic launch vehicle / spacecraft!
