Offered for your consideration is a MEC 16 SB subminiature camera for parts or repair. The original case is included. The camera is missing a knob on top. I don't know if it is missing anything else. The shutter cocks and fires fine. Sold as is.  Please look at the photos carefully. They are part of the description.
