Mars Attacks 12" Supreme Commander figure NRFB

Mars Attacks 12" MARTIAN SUPREME COMMANDER figure NRFB. 1996, box has a couple small bends at top but excellent overall. What ever it's supposed to do doesn't happen. Maybe if you replace batteries. No guarantee here. The button does push but nothing happens. Also there's a small dead spider and web in his helmet. I don't want to try and remove. Anyway,  selling AS IS - NO RETURN.
