It is a simple and safe operation to load, Wind and Release a spinning disk.
Just place one on the end of the Hand held launcher, wind it up, aim it and pull the trigger. The spinning disk starts spinning and jumps off the end of the launcher. They really do go farther than you might think. If using inside just “half wind” it. I wound the one I opened, took it out back and fired it vertically. The light wind caught it and it landed on my 2 story roof. Try to use them in an open area.
