LOST IN SPACE B-9 Robot Action Figure w/Light/Sounds, 1997 Trendmasters, NRFB

1997 Trendmasters - Lost in Space: The Classic Series from TV, Robot B-9 (B9) with Lights, Sounds, and Motions.
The lights & sounds did work when I bought it - but the batteries are dead.  The item has never been opened or removed from the box, so I cannot warrant how the batteries are (i.e. I don't know if they have leaked).  The item is over 20 years old.
The item has never been opened.  There is a price sticker on the top of the cardboard.  There is some wear on the front edge (right side) and bottom right corner.  See photos.  Also, the front of the box is open - there has never been any plastic on it - which means there could be some dust inside.  I used a can of compressed air to "blow it out" and it looks good in the box, as far as I can see.
Non-smoking; no pet home.  Item is from my personal collection.
Items are sold as-is (as pictured) - I do not accept returns. If you need more photos or have questions, you should ask before buying.  If an item is damaged during shipment, I will follow eBay policies to file the claim and get a refund.  If a return case is opened because the item was not as described, the item has to be returned by the buyer in the exact same condition as it was sold, or else I will deduct 30% fee for damage and deduct return shipping from any refund.
I ship from a small (tiny) town, so shipping can take an extra 2-3 days for delivery.  Shipping is included (free) to United States only.  Shipping to Canada is a flat for each item.  I ship USPS or FedEx, depending on cost and delivery time.  All sales final - I do not accept returns.
I do not ship to any other locations - please don't ask.  I would only use the eBay Global Shipping Program, and it's expensive and also restricted right now.
