This
is a classic sub-miniature camera from the Cold War era, made in the Ukraine during the period when it was part of the USSR.
It is focused with the knurled wheel, which has markings in meters: 0.5, 1, 2, and infinity. You pull it open, set the focus, shutter speed and aperture, and then
press
the shutter button to take the photo. When you push it closed, it advances the film (and cocks the shutter) for the next exposure.
It uses un-perforated 16mm film (no sprocket holes). You can still buy that kind of film. When I used this camera, I cut 16mm strips from normal black-and-white 35mm film.
I shot several rolls of film with this very camera years ago. I got some very nice photos. I scanned the negatives on
my flatbed scanner (see the last image, which I took with this camera).
I tested all of the functions today, and everything seems to work just fine. It's ready to go-- all you need is film! Included is the original case and one original film cassette (with lids and take-up spool).

I am an amateur photographer and I am selling cameras and lenses that I have used and collected over the past 30 years. I would LOVE to keep them all and use them... but I got married and no longer have time or space for repairing and using these old cameras. Also, the wife thinks that all of this photography stuff is just clutter.
