The triple display on the Traceable Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer simultaneously shows Min/max and current temperatures. (°F/°C switchable) It accurately monitors temperatures in refrigerators and freezers with the enclosed temperature-buffered sensor. The bottle insulates sensor from rapid temperature changes such as when the refrigarator/freezer door is opened. A ten-foot micro-cable allows the refrigarator/freezer doors to close on it. The minimum/maximum function monitors high and low readings overnight, on weekends, or for any time period. The alarm is programmable in 1° increments, sounds continuously when the temperature moves out of the set range, and can be turned off manually.  Certified through 20 Mar 2021.
