Some of our Dishwasher Racks may have had small rust spots when we acquire them. We will repair the problem spots with the OEM Dishwasher Repair Rack Kit for Dishwashers part number 4396838RC (White) or 4396840RC (Grey). We remove the rust with small wire brushes for air drills. Multiple coats are applied allowing drying time between the coats. This is a liquid vinyl and not paint guaranteed not to rust. We may also apply Tine Caps over any Tines that may have started rusting on the ends (after removing the rust). These are attached with the Vinyl repair liquid keeping them from coming off when using your machine. This isn't a paint, it is the same Liquid Vinyl that is used at the factory it's completely safe to use in your machine. Of course applying it this way will not look as good as the factory does it as it is applied with a brush similar to a Fingernail polish brush.
Dishwasher racks are very heavy and large. Usually these Items are shipped fedEx Home Delivery or fedEx Smart Post. We can sometimes ship these Priority Mail if it is close to our office. We reserve the right to cancel these Dishwasher racks if they are going to P.O. Boxes as FedEx doesn't allow delivery to P.O. Boxes.
We use a Database that stores our listings (from our part numbers) along with our pictures. When we dismantle a Dishwasher we usually have already listed a part with the same part number as the part we are listing. We just type the part number into our Database and retrieve the part which also has our old pictures. If there is any big difference in the new part from our old part we will take new pictures. Other that that there may be some small differences in the part shown and the part you get. If you would like new pictures please feel free to ask. Some parts have more than one part number but will work in your machine the same. As parts get obsolete they will usually have a new part number for the old part.
