    This ladder is in excellent condition! Used mainly around the house for cleaning ceiling fans & changing lightbulbs w/ vaulted ceiling. Was not used on construction jobs. Ladder is an 8' Keller Fiberglass Step Ladder. Capacity is 225 pounds. 67 Series, Model 678 and is Type II Commercial. Nothing wrong with the ladder, we just have 2 ladders of this size.
