1978 Bandai USA Investment Robots- Org. Prototype Mock Ups

Up for auction is a personal toy sample from my design portfolio.
In 1978, I was senior designer for Susan Motsumoto Design in the Toy Center (NYC). Bandai approached us to introduce a few lines of toys in the United States that became BandaiUSA and Bandai Investment (high end collectibles). The original project was a total new box (see images) for Qonto, the saucer and planes. The product names were changed for the U.S. market, including the toy itself. The chest misses on Qonto didn't shoot because of child safety laws from that period of time.
The toys in the auction were the ones for the U.S. market that were used to determine packaging size and inner specs to
hold them.
Included are some images from my portfolio of the entire line and Qonto. (Feel free to reproduce but credit Bruce Handler).
I don't have the planes or better quality items. They were sold off 30 years ago.
