1794 S-46 R3. Slightly sharper but there are areas of minor roughness on the obverse, particularly on the bust and in the surrounding fields. Specks of greenish verdigris are visible around the bust and there are several light rim bruises on the reverse. Good identifying marks would be rim bruises at UN, the A in STATES, and the E in AMERICA. Mostly glossy medium steel and chocolate brown with a bit of reddish chocolate toning in the rough area around the bust. The date and legends are complete and strong. LDS, Breen state V. The die cracks on the obverse are bold and a piece of the die has fallen away at the top of the 4 causing an internal cud that joins that numeral to the bust. A neat die state.
